Horrible Experience. Checked in online have been there numerous times in the past the computer froze. Waited 10minutes didn’t even get looked at- welcomed asked if anything was wrong asked if I needed assistance. Another customer Came in checked in on an alternate computer and was assisted within minutes. Still no communication or eye contact. Another stylist came out 10minutes later recognized i was still waiting for service questioned the other stylist about my son being next still No communication the same stylist shrugged her shoulders. Despicable service. Went to Floyd’s directly across the street great service great price

2 hair cutter when there is like 5 people waiting to get hair cut not for me. Was there on thurs 1 hour wait .ridiculous. came back on fri same thing .went to floyds 5 min iwas in the chair with a great hair cut at the end same cost.
