Twice I've come by trying to get a haircut during their advertised hours only to be disappointed. Walked in one day at 11:55 only to be told they were closing. Came by today about 12:45 (on a Monday) and they had never opened at all. No excuse for this; if you advertise as being open during certain hours you should be open. Period. I've had good haircuts there in the past but my rating would be a 0

Here I go again with a review! But this time its a outstanding one. My friend couldn't come to my house tonight due to something came up. She gave me a recommendation of Steph D. When I walked into the store I was greeted right away from Step and I said I would like you to please cut my hair. Once she saw my name she knew who I was. My last visit was horrible and she felt really bad. Not her fault. I must say Step D asked me all kinds of questions on how I like my hair and told me when she uses the clippers if they hurt to tell her. We had a great conversation. She asked me how short I wanted to go and allowed me to touch my hair without yelling at me🤣 anyway I highly recommend Step D

Awful experience. Stylist doesn't seem to know how to hold hair with one hand and cut with the other and the front of my son's hair is chopped up and completely uneven. She clearly couldn't do a simple boy's haircut and was nasty from the start. Left with an absolutely terrible haircut that will need to be fixed elsewhere. She left painful red streaks on the back of his neck because she pressed down and scraped so badly with the clippers. We will not be back.
